Devanuru Chandru's 'Gramayana' started shooting in village ambience of Devanur

Actor Vinay Rajkumar already started his shooting for 'Gramayana'. Now the next phase of shooting will start Devanur village of Chikmagalur. The schedule is set for 25 days. Vinay is playing a village boy character for first time. Amrita Iyer, who is pairing with Vinay, is making his debut in Sandalwood. She already acted in Tamil movies like 'Kalli', 'Padaiveeran'.

The film will also feature many prominent stars. Aparna, who has gained fame by 'Majaa Talkies', is playing the role of Vinay's mother. Music will be composed by Full Chandra Tejasvi. The film is about people leaving their villages to go live in the cities. In the film, Vinay is muscular and sports a thick beard and lungi. This look of his has been met with a positive response from the audience.

Vinay Kumar has already acted in 'Ananthu v/s Nusrath' and directed Sudhir Shanbhog. The film will be screened in November.
