Little Pressure On Salman Khan : 'Bharat' Is Against Common Villagers
Salman Khan's Bharat is now facing moral issues. The film had a scene with elaborate landscape of Wagah Border. So crews erected a set of the same in Ludhiana district. To erect the set, they have temporarily acquired a 19 acre plot from four local farmers. They also paid Rs 80 thousand per acre to the farmers. But this is not the end.
Now the other farmers are facing difficulties to go to their respective lands. As the set has been sealed by the makers for any footage leak. This problem is not only faced by the villagers of the same area. Farmers from neighbouring village Jodha are also facing similar troubles. The farmers were not allowed to go to their lands.
So the makers are now in a discussion with villagers to settle the issue in a feasible way. The movie, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, is based on the Korean War Drama 'An Ode to My Father'. It stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Tabu, Sunil Grover and Nora Fatehi in important roles. The movie is scheduled to release on 5th June 2019.
