Unni Mukundan Just Joined Mammootty In 'Maamaankam'

'Maamaankam' is one of the biggest project of the Malayalam film industry this year. The movie will feature Mammootty in lead role too. The big budget venture is directed by debut film-maker Sajeev Pillai. Makers of the film already started shooting. Recent reports suggest that popular actor Unni Mukundan just joined the film. The actor expressed his happiness in facebook after joining the project. Though he did not reveal anything about the role of the actor in the movie. He said, "Wishing EveryOne A very Happy New Year ! Reportedly, the two schedules of shoot of 'Maamaankam' have already been completed. Earlier, the makers of the film had come up with an update regarding the next schedule of shoot of the movie. It was revealed through Facebook that the next schedule of shoot of the movie will begin in the month of January itself and the makers are planning to release the film in this year itself. The film also features a huge star cast like Neeraj Madhav, Meghanathan, Prachi tehlan in important roles.
