Vijay Devarakonda's 'Nota' is facing legal issue
Vijay Devarakonda already made it high with his latest movie 'Geetha Govindam'. Now his upcoming movie 'Nota' is also creating enough buzz in both Tamil and Telugu movie industries. This movie will be a political drama and Anand Shankar is directing the movie.
The official trailer of the movie is released on 6th September and received good response from the audience. Now, the movie is facing a controversy. Shashank Vennelakanti was the assistant dialogue writer for the film and he also wrote the dialogues for the trailer. But in trailer all credits for story, screenplay and the dialogues are given to director Anand Shankar. Shashank claimed that he is supposed to get credit for that but in reality he did not even receive his payment. So he lodged a complaint against the producer K. E. Gnanavel Raja to Chennai Police Commissioner. He also urged to stop the release of the movie until he gets justice.
Mehreen Pirzada will be playing the lead female role in the film. Yashika Aannand, Nassar, Sathyaraj, Anastasia Maslova, Sanchana Natarajan, Priyadarshi Pullikonda, M. S. Bhaskar will be playing as important cast of the film. The movie is produced by K. E. Gnanavel Raja under the banner of Studio Green.
