This is the Magico M9. According to the company this is the 'new benchmarks in musicality, transparency and fidelity'.

According to Magico, their new double unit speaker system offers ultimate audio experience. When others can spend anywhere between $200 and $500 for their new 7.1 audio system, you now have an option to extend that budget to another few hundred thousand dollars. A pair of the four-way, six-driver, floor-standing systems will set you back a whopping $750,000.

Alon Wolf, the CEO of luxury audio brand Magico, feels the speakers are actually a 'bargain' when you consider the materials they are built with. In an interview with Tech Radar, Wolf said that, in order to access a 'wider frequency range', the beryllium tweeter domes contained within the M9 are coated with a fine layer of diamond via 'chemical vapor deposition'. The speakers have carbon fiber enclosure with Aluminum honeycomb core. Wolf added,

With the proper recording on a proper stereo system, it's the closest you'll ever get to it. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices are just not acceptable.

Together with the use of beryllium, the diamond deposit allows the drivers to move in pistonic motion. This movement allows the speakers to avoid distortion, creating an accurate reproduction of the music being played through them and allowing listeners to hear details that may have previously gone unnoticed. Wolf said the ultimate goal of the speakers is to create a sense of 'hyper-reality'.

Is there any buyer of these luxury item? Of course, not everyone has $750,000 lying around, and even if they do, most of them probably wouldn't spend it on diamond vapor speakers. Wolf actually only expects Magico to sell between 10 and 100 of the luxurious speakers and by selling only 10 units the company can earn $7.5 million - which sounds like a diamond level deal.
